@zzzzzaaaaaqqqqwwwwss Depends on you too, Oracle Direct are mostly entry level jobs. Oracle direct is good unless you have already a good job somewhere else. Some people find it the easiest and best way into a good company such Oracle. After a while they come back to their own country with the Oracle badge on their CV.Others find great careers within Oracle. My experience about it is not recent but I also know that usually people stay on average 1 year or so depends also on the country of origin
