Yes, I took 860 pictures of the biggest protest rally to date at Madison, Wisconsin. Most of the pictures are of Wisconsinites carrying comical, witty, educational and a few angry protest signs. Wisconsinites are good people and expect to be treated with respect. As you view the signs, you will notice that most of our frustration not only centers around Governor Scott Walker, and the Fitzgerald brothers who lead both branches of the Wi legislature, but also in the way they "rammed" legislation in unorthodox manner through the legislature. Farmers came with tractors and were a welcome addition to the demonstration. We cheered them on as if they were rock stars. Speeches were given by Democratic 14 and were treated to a heroes welcome. "Thank you.....thank you......thank you" was chanted by 100,000 plus shivering Wisconsinites. Lastly, I want to thank all of the good folks around the country and around the world that furnished us with free pizza and bratwursts. It takes lots of energy to walk in the cold round and round the state capital. Song is "The River Wild" by Deborah Coleman. The song is played twice to allow all photos to be viewed.
