@redeye117 There are tons of crappy laws preventing a lot of countries from doing that, still putting a bunch of marines onboard couldn't hurt, just give them more than a few assault rifles, I mean these pirates use RPGs, if you ask me you need something better as a counter.

Still in the end the only way to end is to stop giving these people a reason to do it :(

@yggdrasil89 I think its way cheaper to employ security forces on the merchant ships instead of having warship escorting the merchant ship..

I reckon a couple of armed PMC can stop the pirates or at best buy time for military support... Cmon PMC are protecting private companies at Iraq.. why not at Somali..
