  • Smoke weed 2 hours before your expected bed time. Pill medications suck and have too many side effects.

  • Watching TV, working on laptops and working or web surfing through natural cues for sleep are some of the main reasons for insomnia. Learning to tune into and respect the body's own natural rhythms is a much better long term solution to unreliable sleep than using any substance to force the issue.

  • since I seeked therapy and I am having no sleep at all. My sleep was around 5-6hrs and now is 2-3hrs a day. I feel like my eyes burn me and so dry =(

    I refused medication but I guess I am forced to now to take them. I cant watch tv nor use the laptop my eyes get really tired burns so bad.

    2 more weeks of therapy and if nothing changes im quiting and thats that
