An excellent interview anyone with even a smidgeon of interest in the Scottish legal system, human rights & justice should watch.

Scottish QC Ian Hamilton talks about Scotland's legal system, its appalling record on human rights under now former Lord Advocates Lord Wallace & Dame Elish Angiolini, and criticises current Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill as being an ineffective Minister, applying a solicitor's mind to a position of state.

Alex Salmond is also criticised over his comments on the Supreme Court, and especially the Cadder v HMA ruling where persons taken into custody by the Police & questioned now have the right of legal advice in Scotland (a right present in England for many years previous)
