Have this on a various artist K Tel record and played the heck out of this track and thought of this red haired girl in 8th grade. Man do i miss this song. Thanks for reconnecting me to this song. Yeah i never made it with that red haired girl, but i love the feeling i got back then when i met a girl such as here. 2 bad we can't bottle that feeling up and splash it on when we need it. However, music such as this song is pretty close. Thanks again for the post of the song.

one of the greatest of the love songs of the 70s. i was a heart broken 15 year old who's first love had moved to denmark. it hurts to hear this song. but as they say,"better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all." thank u so much for the post!!!

This was such a wonderful song in '77 and '78, and is still one of those underrated songs of the '70's, because there were so many great songs out there at that time. It was a great time to be in love...
