  • @stakeee A spanner is put over the wheel spindle and turned. A three-link chain is located between the spring and the spindle. The chain then rolls up around the spindle and a hook goes into a recess in the wheel when it is in the right position. That hook is secured by the real lever that is operated by the trigger. When the trigger pulls that lever away from under the hook, the strong pull of the spring makes the whell spin back. A cam on the spindle pushes the pancover forward and "bang"
