Testing my new Canon FS100. Shots made at the Maasboulevard, Schiedam, the Netherlands.

A lot of zooming, I know, but that is so cool about this camera :)

Also take a look at my Hainan (China) video's. They are all made with this camera too.

  • Can you set this camera to 16:9?

  • Yes, you can. Actually, this video is also shot in 16:9. When you look at the high definition version you can see this better.

  • Hi

I was just wondering can you attach a fisheye lens to this camera?

    thanks

  • Hi, I have to admit that I don't know. Maybe somebody else who knows this?

  • can you just upload it straight to youtube without any editing programs or stuff like that???

    -danny

  • Yes, you can. I tested it with my video: Back from the Asia cultural Centre to Bo'ao (Hainan)

But something weird happened with the 16:9 settings :S (Or I did something wrong...)

  • I like how you used the camera and also the editing the transitions, music and overlays is cool but the stabilization kinda sucks I think at time you weren't using a tripod! Is this the Netherlands or Denmark?

  • hee schiedammer, ik ook en ik heb ook een canon fs100 :D wel eens van het zeekadetkorps gehoord in de wilhelmina haven? daar heb ik veel gefilmd kijk maar naar me filmpjes

  • you should shoot in higher quality

  • @vipgetmoney56 thats why you dont buy refurbished.

  • @kaleddis Fisheye lens is a type of lense which distorts the image and is wide angle. The cas no threads for lens attachment, but it can be done by supergluing a step down ring onto the outside of the lens- (Its not dangerous, theres lots of tutorials). However it often produces vignetting

  • @kaleddis hey dude,

ich have some problems with this canon.

so i record as you do as well(16:9), but when i want to play it on computer it does change to size 4:3 automatically. what should i do to get those well done videos like yours ?

  • i have a Canon FS100 also but it has problems.. i bought it Refurbished

and now it does'nt want to charge by the (USB CD IN 8.4V) i bought a new wall charger for it and charger came with a batery, brought from Ebay Both (cam And Charger)

i've tried fixing it but havent either fix.. batery dead even though i charged it from Wall Charger.. its complecated.. (Vipgetmoney56)

i like this video! it calms me down when im pissed.. first time seein this video (: Amazing View.. A rate of 4 1/2 Star

  • how are you getting 720p hd with this even though this cam isn't hd?

  • that's what

I want to mount my cameria on.. except

that it would be nice if it could be supported by a headband.. wouldnt

that make for some interesting shots?

I liked your video.. and those stills were

something to linger on. Thanks again,

for sharing, and keep going.. You have

the essence of greatness; YAH has given

you some gifts by our Lord Jesus.

  • It seems more well fit for controled shots.

It would be sweet if there was a way to

take the shock out of the frame... in a

manner of speaking.. I don't know...

a giro, or whatever technology is used

    to keep nitro from shaking..
