Thank you for making this video, and all you commenters out there, thanks as well. I am bi and have been having a lot of issues with it up until this year. Last year I got accidentally outed and my mom didn't really understand it enough to be supportive and until I came to college I have just felt like even though I was out of the closet, it was like both everybody was telling me to just stay in the closet.

"if i can be born gay, then why can't someone be born bisexual?"
i love you.

You think bisexuals get hate...try being asexual.

THANK YOU!

late - sorry .
i know what it is, i have pals who are in a decade long polyamorous relationship.
this person said "show me someone who has been in a long relationship with both sexes (aka MORE THAN ONE PERSON)" - that's the same thing, is it not?
polyamory IS one relationship, but with 3+ people. this person WAS confusing bisexuality with polyamory because they suggested that bisexuals have relationships with both sexes together at the same time. unless if they were referring to polyandry/gyny.
-
Actualy polyamory is having multiple parnerts without thinkong about there gender.Bisexuality is just one relationship.
-
Believing bisexuals don't exist is plain ignorant and, in the gay community especially, is setting a double standard that shouldn't be.

Thank you so much gor standing up for bisexuals. I always feel so pressured to chose a side. I have feelings for both sides so why isnt that good enough? Some of my gay friends are mean to me about how I like both men and women, it was just great to hear someone stand up for us.

I have a friend who's bi, and it feels like everyone is waiting for him to "pick a side" - so sad.
Um. Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but it really sounds like this comment is suggesting that being bi is just an excuse to have two partners at once.
It's not. Duh.
Being bisexual does not mean you're allowed to have two relationships at once. We still have one partner at a time, just like straight or gay people. The only difference is that we don't have a preference for opposite or same sex partners.

The hating of bisexuality and the disbelief that it exists are two things that keep me as a closeted bisexual.
