Michigan 41, Florida 35. Michigan overcame four turnovers and came from behind in the fourth quarter to win the 2008 Capital One Bowl. Mike Hart went 32-129-2 but fumbled twice after going over one thousand carries without fumbling. Chad Henne went 23-39-373-3-2, with a 21-yarder to Mario Manningham (7-53) and 18- and 1-yard passes to Adrian Arrington (9-153). After gaining the lead late in the fourth quarter, Michigan held Florida to two straight four-and-outs to seal the win.

  • Ima Florida fan but you OSU fans really need to lay off..cuz atleast Michigan did 2 things that you guys cant.

    1. Beat Florida

    2. Have a winning record against the SEC

  • this was henne at his best. he never beat the buckeyes and lost to appy state the same year... something had to give! hart played like a monster, the O line dominated and their D destroyed UF. im a buckeye, born and raised in c-bus but this was a hell of a performance from a great football program that has since fallen on bad times. its all about the B10 at the end of the day. as a buckeye you must respect UM and the greatest rivalry in sports.

  • Great, great game...and good video here too!

  • @xbryman92x they were all talented but underachieved much of that year...

  • Good god 5:21.

    Frozen rope. What a throw.

  • loved the guys on this team. Henne, Hart, Manningham, Arrington, Long. great team.

  • @loojiji Lloyd Carr wasn't fired. He retired

  • Why Michigan ever let go of Lloyd Carr and brought in the slick, slippery, and in-over-his-head Rich Rodriguez is beyond me. The last time Michigan was a team and not a collection of poorly-coached individuals was under Carr.

    RIP Lloyd.

  • Ah, the good ole days when our o-line was made of 300 pound monsters instead of 250 pound cheese eating, wine sipping little girls.
