I'm sorry... I can't stand looking at the old nids... well mainly the warriors and the carnifex (excuse me, screamer killer). I see those models and almost want to puke. Paint job I like cuz it's highly distracting, keeps your eyes looking around so you can't focus on any specific unit.

@aapch1 not that I have anything against luring new players into 40K, but if you don't have alot of money to spend on models, you should either look at a MEQ army or look at Warmachine. You can get a pretty deacent sized warmachine army for $200-300 where as a 40K army at 1500pts is usually $500+ these days, unless you use just the battleforce models which don't tend to make armies that competitive unless you are playing as marines.

@aapch1 Take if from a nid player that has been at nids for about 3-4 years now. Don't expect to get the entire job done with just the small guys. With the meta game leaning towards mech these days, you need either some shooting potential to kill tanks before you go in for the assault or some big guys to weather the fire after the tanks are popped or you will charge your stealers in, pop a tank and watch them get gunned down b4 killing the models inside.
