Sounds like 72, 73 Jagger. His voice was deeper, more enunciated in 81...
This is definately the original vocal. Jagger played around with falsetto alot in the early-mid 70s.....

@devinmillermedia I'm pretty sure it was the Respectable video...as Mick is playing a guitar

could somebody tell me what video shoot the frame from :38 is from?? I had that poster on my wall and I want to buy it again for my older brothers whom I inherited it from back in 1981. I believe it's from the Some Girls era.

It was first played as early as 1970, when Mick Taylor first joined the group and was recording with Mick Jagger in London. Recording on "Waiting on a Friend" began in late 1972 through early 1973 in Kingston, Jamaica, during the Goats Head Soup sessions when the band still had Taylor as a member. His guitar piece made it to the overdubbing sessions in April 1981 when the song was selected by Tattoo You producer Chris Kimsey as one the band could re-work for the album

nutsbee ohno(Japanease singer song writer): Can't you hear Mick's tears and spirits. This melody is the greatest of Mick's mentality. So, I also drop my tear along with this melody. Life is full of tears and smiles. I know everyone to be encouradged with smile from the cordial mind. MIck Jagger (and also I ) has found the preasure of the life.
