Yeah, say that the protester's really got what they wanted and half the world doesn't show up for the olympics... Imagne those althelets who spent years for they're once chance at the olympics. Messing up countless countries athelete's dreams just so they have a little bit of press to they're cause. And the world still see them as unsung hero's lol... This world is full of blind people.

If these protesters had a beef with Beijing hosting the 2008 Olympic Games, they should've taken their heat and directed toward the IOC in 2001 before Jacques Rogge selected them.
No boycott is going to stop the Olympic Games.

It's really stupid for these protesters to interfere with the Olympic torch relay in London, Paris, and San Francisco.
These protesters should've done their beef with the IOC 7 years ago when they picked Beijing to host the summer Olympic games.
Since when these issues like 'Free Tibet' have to do with athletes who trained for four years to win a medal and show good sportmanship? Nothing.

They will be in Tibet to help liberate them from communist dictatorship, unless the torch route for Tibet is canceled.
Interesting that Chinese are upset over this but not upset that for 50 years your own minority populations (Xizang, Xinjiang) hate your fucking guts and would do anything to get the hell out of China. Why not self-examine a little bit?
