Half Life 2 On Steam For Mac :)

Steam just released Half Life 2 today for mac! It is free for people that already own it for PC, this is just really great! I have always loved this game it was one of my favorite games ever. The game runs in 16:9 aspect ration on my 27 inch iMac. It ran really good especially for being the first release for mac, I am sure there are a few fixes they can do to make it even better. The graphics looks great I am overall very happy with it =) Can't wait to see more titles on mac they are bringing over a new title once a week! I used to be a windows user and loved playing games on windows but have moved 100% over to mac os so it makes me happy to see games finally coming to the mac platform! Thank you steam :)

@xXTREY4LIFEXx I think they did do some really nice improvements, if you watch the video where I zoomed in to the pole on the train you will see it looks really good, just a year or so ago on my pc gaming computer the pole looked jagged so yes I think there has been some great improvement :)

Haha, it's funny seeing mac users praising HL2 graphics. I know they're good, but this is an old game. It's funny when mac users think the graphics are great, if you want graphics that are truly good, get a pc. There are way better games on the pc. Not saying hl2 is not a great game, haha it is one of my favorites. But, there are way better games for the pc now.

Awesome thing about Valve games is you can play them on close to Max settings even on fairly low end machines, and the Graphics still look pretty decent at that.
