This May Not Seem "Impressive" Until You Take Your Own Body Weight And Triple It. Now Lift That Total Amount For Reps. Do This While Having World Class Fighters Throw Punches, Kicks, Arm Bars, And Such At You. Working Around Sport Induced Injury Too. Ohh, You Have To Do This On A Calorie Restricted Diet While Conditioning Your Ass Off All Year. Hope You See What I'm Saying. Now That's Impressive. I Have Much Respect For All The Fighters Out There Doing This. Not Easy.
