It's a missile launch from the US Pacific Kwajalein Missile Range which is located (drum roll please) to the northeast of Australia exactly where this 'ufo' was spotted.

@OZPULSE1 Lol, ever watched a documentary about astrophysics or rocketry or anything scientific? Yes, they need to carry the least fuel pissible, I mean possible, but many rockets still have plenty of fuel for the mission. They either need it to change course or to enter the correct orbit.

To throw a stick in the works to all the 'rocket' believers, look at all design parameters for them. They simply dont carry extra fuel for this type of prolonged burn.
They are designed with minimum weight in mind and carry just enough to leave the atmosfere.
