Panama Tribal Exchange

www.InterTribalYouth.org initiated a yearly exchange which began in 2005 between North American tribal folks with those in Central America. In depth travel has proven the ultimate in educational overstanding and real life knowledge. We are Hosted by Kuna Yala People whose reservation (comarca) is located on hundreds of tropical Caribbean Islands and the Embera Tribe (Healing People) of the lush dense Darien Rainforest have navigated us down their rivers and into their homes and culture. Nobe Bugle folks Bocas del Toro, Caribbean, also have showed what it means to struggle for survival in neo-colonialism of the new millennia. This program is open to all tribes with the intention of re-building our BRIDGE of continental relation. Photos of the Peace and Dignity Journey, uniting indigenous people of the americas met over the Panama Canal in 2008. Also The BRIDGE opens an affiliate NGO to work in an "official" capacity.
