An iPhone 3G Adventure

So during the first couple of days of the iPhone 3G launch, I've been standing in line and waiting outside the Apple Store a lot. But every time I'm there they either don't have the 16GB black to begin with, or they ran out while I was waiting in line. So I went on Apple's website to check what stores were selling it the next day. All stores in New Jersey weren't selling an iPhone the next day. So I looked at New York City, and I found out that the 5th Ave. Apple Store was selling them the next day. I've never been to the Apple Store at 5th. Ave, and knowing me (a huge Apple fan) I wondered why I haven't been there yet. So I thought why not go to the Apple Store at 5th. Ave and make it a double exciting/memorable day and get an iPhone 3G! So I went and this is my story...

This was probably the 5th day of the iPhone 3G launch.

radd well waiting in line to get the iphone might not have been worth it cause of the internet issue with reception

actually, my iphone has no issues with reception and internet, etc. i live in jersey, and 95% of the time i have full 5 bars of 3G. so i hope people with that problem get it fixed, fortunately i don't have that problem. i hope it stays that way. *crosses fingers*

yeah lol. although it took forever, and i ended up not even getting one. it was really fun waiting in line. it was a beautiful day to spend your time in front of an apple store lol

ha, went to the at&t store around 4 pm on the launch day, and they just ordered me one, and i got it in a week :)

Nice video, i never catched this...but did you end up with the gigobite amount you wanted? If you did then great. I ordered my 8GB iphone from the apple site which was WAY more easier. If anyone was lazy like me...they would do the same!?! On the apple site its the same like the store itself there is a little icon on the site telling you what is in stock at the moment when i was on there were 42 8GB'S 23 16BG'S and no 32 GB'S i WAS gonna get the 32 gb but thats my luck i decided just to get 8gb.
