http://www.4golfonline.com Mark Crossfield hit the Taylormade burner 2.0 and compares it to the Mizuno JPX800 Pro. Watch and see how the two irons compare when Mark hits them out of the middle and from the toe. This is a video response to one of Marks video comments, for free golf instruction and golf tips watch Mark's video vlogs.

  • where do you buy those stickers?

  • Awesome Video.

  • Mark was asked to compare these two clubs. He did right to compare two of the same irons. You aren't going to compare a 3i of one make to a 7i of another. He grabbed two 6 irons, which is a solid testing club. Obviously, the TMB2 was designed for distance with its shaft length and lofts. As you would expect, the club hits farther than the JPX800P and that should be noted. But thats one just one metric of evaluation. That has little to do with forgiveness, distance consistency, workability, etc.

  • Hi Mark, I've follow your video lately and they are excellent.I brough a set R11 with stiff shaft, and find i not hitting high in the air much , is this due to the shaft or the head ? also could you compare the R11 and the JPX 800 PRO please .

  • @mousepad99 Marginally, but they are both cavity backs. I play mp-52-still a cavity back, but more of a players (maltby classes with traditional blades!). Of course they bothg wanna sell clubs and make money-but Mizuno clubs appeal more on style, quality, feel, playability. taylormade sells more on gain 10 yards. TM off the shelf is more at recreational playerss. Im not bashing the brand-they make nice woods and I love the Penta ball. Just think Mizuno are better irons for good players

  • @theRnBfien You don't understand if you think that. Whats the point in saying a 6 iron from one make is longer than another make if it has a completely different loft-of course it will be. If I bent my mizuno 6 iron to a 2 iron loft I recon I could bash it further. POINTLESS. I bet the TM club has a longer shaft too!!!!!! Mizuno is for players, TM mass produced clubs for hackers who lack distance (or top paid pros haha)

  • @MrCbgswan But are they both 6s with the same loft-I doubt it. TM clubs have stronger lofts, so a TM 5 iron is more like a mizuno 6 iron. I wouldnt even be surprised if they sneeked half an inch extra on the shaft. It makes the test irrelevant.

  • You know what I'd like to see, is someone like this guy to compare clubs like Pinemeadow or Gigagolf, that make these clone clubs to see how they compare to the name-brand ones.

Would just be interesting. Not saying they'd be as good, better or worse, but they probably wouldn't since this is the stuff they sell.

  • @cockywatchman1976 THey are both 6's mate...

  • He's doing a comparison of 6 irons they did't ask to do a comparison of a 6 iron and a 5iron so if you like the distance of 1 6 iron to another has nothing to do with the loft or shaft length. So what your saying is the burner 2.0 PW isn't a PW it's a 9iron come on this dude is the best on the internet...Keep comparing them clubs Mark love it...
