A lot of those "Made in China" goods sold in Wal-Mart stores have actually been produced by either Chinese sweat shop workers or even Chinese prisoners. Be aware of what you're buying.

China and the US are in bed together. They buy our bonds and we buy their junk and sell it at WalMart.

"live better"? i guess that means jobless and living off the taxpayers! i just don't get it...we'll walk by a penny, nickel, dime or quarter on the sidewalk and not bend over to pick it up, but when it comes to driving 10 miles to save the same at wal-mart, we'll scream about out local merchants screwing us out of a our hard earned money! What Hard Earned Money! We Don't Have JOBS ANYMORE!

yea, like blame the chinese will do something, check this out Wal Mart: The High Cost Of Low Price..see what walmart do to the chinese, why chinese make those junks? have you ever think from a different angle, or u just being a proud american, open your eyes!!

@6308281 More than half china industries have been making counterfeits including military stuffs. Instead of banning counterfeits china gov has expanded them. These imitations has brought china 100 billions $ every month. According to studies, the # of counterfeits have increased more than 15% yearly. Every country has at least 30% or more china counterfeits. I don't think china is a qualified country and should not be allowed to trade with other countries around the world. what can we do?

It's not china the country itself, its the ppl employing these ppl. Trust me, if you go to China, people there (even thoses that don;t work in the sweat shops) don't like it any better. But there will always be greedy emplyers hiring ppl in terrible working conditions.
-
your wally worlds are full of trailer trash buying cheap chinese junk. like the saying says, "you get what you pay for" lol
-
thanks to the EPA and Obama we're not allowed to make stuff here anymore. So I shop at Walmart. I love it!

UFCW will never succeed to unionize them because their culture will never allow it to happen. Blame the politicians who create policy for this to happen.
You would be far more horrified by what they're doing to the Chinese. Child labor, subsistence wages and dangerous conditions and 100 - 114 hour weeks are the name of the game. Youtube: Watch Charles Kernaghan talk to the IAFF in 2010 about the state of sweat shop laborers working to produce Wal-Mart goods. End imports from child laborers: Lobby Congress to pass the Decent Working Conditions and Fair Competition Act.

Wal-Mart is a greedy company that would fire anyone to make a nickle. If looking good to the public by making donations would save them a buck, they would do it. Wal-Mart does nothing if there is no profit incentive to do it.
