The entire Alaskan "justice" system is corrupt as hell. High up people most of all. My friends have learned firsthand that court is about state sanctioned extortion, not "the law." Since they always warp &/or overrule a sound argument not in their favor just because they can, I think the only way to deal with some of these pigs is Marvin Heemeyer style.
