Having anyone on a firing line bend down while guns are out is a very bad idea. Evey pistol needs to be holstered before anyone bends over to pick anything up from the ground.

You can't tell with a two dimentional camera angle, but no doubt somones muzzle will end up pointing at someone elses head if you guys keep doing that. And the peolpe bending over end up pointing muzzles in all directions as they move, as well. It's a standard safety practice.

Our own personal Liberty and Freedom. What do you Enforce ?  What would YOU do if any government tried to disarm you and your fellow citizens ? GOAL, what goal should every citizen have. Do you just assume that Freedom and Liberty are there just like air, do you ever think about them, and if not, how would you know if they were gone ? If someone is trying to disarm you, WHAT IS THEIR REASON - for your safety or theirs ?
