Tom has a heavier accent (whichh iss sooo cuter) but anyway. If you really listen you hear "wain" but in the original when bill sings its "rain" therefore this is Tom!!! :)

& it sounds nothing like Bill .

and even if you have an i-pod and you head phones are half way in , you hear the background music , and its Tom .

this is tom singing but not only him its georg too, in live videos u actually c georg singing a lot more then tom does but he does sing, i can c ANY video and c georg singing so same of those vocals are also georg's not only tom's

its tom cause u can hear 2 voices bill in the background and tom , toms the 1st vioce and bills the 2nd. toms voice is lower, and has more accent than bills!
