Yes, and then he could've even beaten them senseless with his baton. That'd teach those snowball throwing miscreants who's the boss!
Too bad this cop was fired for his actions (over-reaction). Guess his bosses figured waving a gun around when up against snowballs was a tad too much for their liking.

@Painkill3r4 Your right pulling the gun was going to fare but pepper spray would have been the proper amount of force given the situation. Well that and arresting them for assaulting a police offers witch is a felony. They would have been kicked out of school and its real hard to find a job when your a felon. If the officer would have just keep his cool he could have laughed in there face as they realized all there little dreams were crushed over a silly little snow ball. BAHA
