Kopp justifies a wrong with a wrong. Great! What a reason for why we should trust him about the business plan. Obviously, he has nothing better to counter with because he would have to lie. Sounds like two little kids fighting. Ashburn may not be a winner, either, but his question is valid. Unfortunately, while Kopp seems to have no scruples with regards to the HSR project, the legislators let him and the rest of the board get away with it, and the buck falls with the legislators.
