When Utorrent is overload (DISK OVERLOAD!) you must increase the cache from Utorrent going to Settings/AdvancedOptions/CacheDisk
The value would be 32, and you can try to increase it doubling and doubling it until your downloading restarts.
But increasing cache your pc will slow down.
This problem arises when you are downloading at high speed so you should remember to get a lower value to cache when you are not downloading at speeds so high.
For the video I have used Camtasia Studio 6.
My Utorrent Version is 1.8.5

Never used to have problem with disk overload before even when having 60 torrents going at once.
Upgraded my comp and went from XP x32 to Windows 7 x64 and even at only 1 torrent i got Disc overload.
This helped somewhat though.
