EVE Online - How to connect (patch) to Singularity (SiSi) server

What program is that? The 1 that allows u 2 open EVE online STUFF. files?

SInce is test server, you still have to pay money for real game to play this?

Well if you have your account active, then it should be active on SiSi too.
When your account expires on TQ, it will be still active on SiSi till CCP will make another database update (mirror).

That's a pretty problematic question... Well the timing would have to be perfect to check if that will work:
1. Create a trial account
2. If CCP will make a database copy WHILE the trial account will be active ( less than 14/21 days from the creation time ) I think the account will stay till the next mirror

It is possible. CCP makes a normal installers with pre-patched client. You just have to look for them.
