No, only the blocky ragdolls work in realtime in the game engine.

I've got a high end system. (quadcore, 8 gig ram, 2x ati 3870 OC) so that's not the problem.
Armature ragdolls just wont work in the game engine. Because they need the IPO curves that are recorded in the game engine. And can only be played back afterwards.
