this is TERRIBLE wow, poor guy... first off, the nurse should have laid him down, it's hard to draw blood when the arm is MOVING AROUND and bending!!! also, tourniquet was left on too long, and the nurse was not wearing gloves... too long to find a vein and bad technique... sorry man <3

lol! i have a big fear of needles too!! . when i had to get blood drawn i tried to stall so long. i even tried to convince the lady i was allergic to needles.
