We didn't have to pull people out by tractor, but we had overpopulation problems.
Event staffing this was not fun, but I liked Fort Ticonderoga. I remember being on the other side of the British camp parking people as this started.

try camping at chelmsford,we had a reenactment where it flooded, and farmers were pulling people out by tractor

I was there at the top of the hill near where the lady was talking in the tower. I have never been that wet before.
