The new design wet cell circulating with out a pump.

Came up with this idea from the dry cells, yet still utilizing the wet cell, thus leaving the resivor to add other gadgets. The possibility's are endless

Hi. All looks good, I wish you would use some separators to keep the water clean.

You still need something to cool the water.

I suggest running it through a 12"x2"inches stainless steel tube before it returns to the cell.

ya I may add some seperators to the design, but not quite sure what to use for them. When I do a test run and a "burn-in" test, I will see how fast it warms up. I plan to try sm0ky40's electrolyte solution. I may ditch the copper rad I am using and run nylon tubing infront of the radiator on the truck to keep it cool, also implimenting my PWM might do away with the need of a cooling unit all together. many variables, much testing to be done. All in good time!
