Came up with this idea from the dry cells, yet still utilizing the wet cell, thus leaving the resivor to add other gadgets. The possibility's are endless

  • Hi. All looks good, I wish you would use some separators to keep the water clean.

    You still need something to cool the water.

    I suggest running it through a 12"x2"inches stainless steel tube before it returns to the cell.

  • ya I may add some seperators to the design, but not quite sure what to use for them. When I do a test run and a "burn-in" test, I will see how fast it warms up. I plan to try sm0ky40's electrolyte solution. I may ditch the copper rad I am using and run nylon tubing infront of the radiator on the truck to keep it cool, also implimenting my PWM might do away with the need of a cooling unit all together. many variables, much testing to be done. All in good time!
