This greenwashing makes me sick. We live in a country where land is scarce. These houses are big enough to fit dozens of families (even more if they were converted to high-rises). Big homes cause urban sprawl, which forces people to drive cars even more.
Instead of always talking about the "energy footprint", how about talking about the "land footprint" instead. It doesn't look so nice anymore, does it.
The reason he looks away is because he's shutting the door and he looks towards the door to do that. You will notice shortly after that he naturally makes eye contact with the husband right after that.
