@MegaTrev23 the breathing is not what the rear naked choke target. it really is the carotid arteries which is the "pulse" veins that on the side of your neck. the rear naked choke is targeting thoose veins. the biceps targets one and the forearm the other. this means that it stops the blod flow to the brain wich then puts you to sleep. so don't be a smartass bro.
