I've sang this song for years. My sisters and I all sang it to our babies after seeing the movie "this property is condemned". in August of 2005 my nephew was killed at the age of 17 and I was asked to sing it with his guitar at his memorial service. my sisters, nieces and even his mom sang and we had red roses and yellow balloons..it was his favorite that we sang all together..there are 5 sisters besides my sisters and I was so happy that the nieces helped. don't think I could do it myself.

what a movie, what a song. A really wonderful and magical selection for this touching film. Who wouldn't fall in love with a man like Redford coming to a godforsaken town to represent all that is great about "getting away,"
