I emailed them, it said they would email back in like, 24 hours or so-its been almost that long! Bad support!

something similar happened to me. the phone would turn on but the charging port was broken with the plug in it. it was really annoying to get out. But, if you can get past their bad customer service, they're not too bad

@Dantayy - I care. It took almost a year for them to send a refund. Kajeet is not my kind of company.
Hope you are happy with them, but they lost my support. And their service was so bad that I had to put my miniscule piece out to the world... for all 139 people to see.

I'm glad you like them. The services they offered sounded interesting enough for me to order one in the first place. I just never got to try Kajeet out because now I am appalled by the egregious poor customer service I personally received. This is something I felt I should share. So I did.
ATT now offers all of the same family friendly cellular services to its users. It does not have the "piggy bank" for your kids to allocate, but I was not planning on actually using that feature.
