this really helped alot! i just started my training. Im trying to learn to become very flexible, like getting the high kicks. Do you have any tips for me? thanks alot!

@vPindzvinCwalk Yes, take your time and stretch slowly, flexibility is one of those things that takes time. Don't get frustrated, stay consistent and you won't believe the difference over the next 2 months. Good luck with your training!

hi, thanks for the videos. I find them helpful. I started training in taekwondo 6 months ago and I am having some trouble with my hips. I began my training to lose weight, and so far have lost 116 lbs. But lately, I am having a hard time doing side kicks without pain in my hip flexors. I need all the tips I can get to increase flexability.

@cgvaters sorry for the late reply! I certainly recommend that you take it slow and don't over train. It sounds like you have come a long way, congratulations!
