** Master Woo has earned teaching degree in Taekwondo (as a Major) from Yong-In University in Korea. Master Woo is 6th degree certified international master instructor from World Taekwondo Federation and has been teaching Taekwondo for 19years in the state. In addition, he has earned multiple teaching degrees including physical education teacher's license from the Ministry of Education in Korea and yoga teacher's license from Yong-In University. He has been involved in Taekwondo for more than 30 consecutive years.
This video includes more than 10 different exercises that works best for your shoulders and chest. You can choose any 2 or 3 exercises each workout and do it on the day of your upper body workout.
