Okay, so.
My camera chooses to work about 20% of the time. Fortunately, tonight was included.
This is another poem-turned-song kind of... well, song. It hasn't much of a chorus. I'm not exactly satisfied with it quite yet.
And the lyrics are:
It was winter once again, my knees had company
Woven coverings again, limbs were fumbling
But we're too fucked up, and ignore
That this had not worked before
Tiled palace in the dark where bubbles slowly rose
Went back in to scrounge for more, but left with different notes
Wondering how it got that far, and how I couldn't stand at all
This is how it should have been, splendid
But we are slaves to our intent, and I swayed too far to mend
Please don't call me by my name if it's not what you seek
Please don't declare a change, you con so easily
I was sure that this had gone, I was sure that this had gone
And I fell asleep without brushing my teeth
But patiently I slept at your feet
And I couldn't see, you'll never see
very nice!!!!!!!!

Beautiful song! Your finger-work on the picking is great. I wish my old fingers would go that fast. I'm much slower on that picking pattern. Keep playing!
