in the learning process, backflip is much scarier but once you get over the fear in my opinion the backflip is easier because when you get past vertical, you can see the ground and that makes it easier to land then on a frontflip you cant see the landing

i can do a frontflip but im to scared to do a backflip any suggestions?

just really high and throw your arms down then use your arms to carry your body backwards, and then when you jump tuck your arms over your knees or behind them to spin faster.
