@SuperVHSchannel I forgot., I would like to ask a favor. I posted a video entitled Horses and the Horse Heaven Hills on You Tube. I would appreciated it if you would review it and post you comments. I tried to include the URL but it wont accept it. Try searching the name above.

@knimig I've no time for rodeos or animal circuses (the UK has banned them) Rearing animals for food is a whole world away from the prolonged taunting, degradation and killing of animals for entertainment. As countries develop, animal welfare becomes a greater issue and conditions improve.I don't think everyone should see things my way. I don't want to start a war about bull fighting, but i do think that it's presence in a country is evidence that people are not very developed. i.e. savage

@SuperVHSchannel What about raising animals for performance props in rodeos, circuses, etc. Is that civilized behavior?
Finally, what about raising chickens, cattle, etc in pens for slaughter as food for humans?
I'm widening the discussion in a effort to understand exactly where you draw the line between savage and civilized behavior. I just want to know if you believe that everyone, everywhere should be required to see the boundary the same as you?
-
@knimig You're trying to widen the discussion and draw it away from my original assertion that the people who practice this kind of activity (bull fighting) for entertainment are less culturally developed than those who don't. You can't defend the indefensible.
Fur farming is cruel but it isn't being carried out as a form of entertainment. Wearing fur as a status or fashion symbol is becoming increasingly socially unacceptable - few young people do it - and in time will disappear altogether.
-
@SuperVHSchannel Do you consider fur farming as animal cruelty? Rearing and killing animals strictly for their pelts. Is this the mark of civilized activity? Over 60% of the world's fur farms are in Northern Europe.
-
@knimig You're right I've undermined my argument by calling the Spanish and Mexicans "Fucking Savages" However I standby my assertion that any nation that call this sport/art/entertainment or culture are not particularly advanced. Do you see this kind of thing going on in Northern Europe ? No. Why ? because the people have the intellectual capacity to reflect on their collective culture, decide that animal cruelty is not the mark of the civilised and do away with this medievel conduct.
@knimig ,, ill explain,, those "fucking" savages you call people choose to be there!! that poor "fucking" horse had no choice what so ever!! the profanity in the sentences just shows how pissed of real people are about this so called sport/entertainment! they should all get put in a cage and go one on one with a bull.. x
