BIRDS FTW XDDD

Come to think about it: Why don't birds use cars more, that could save a lot of energy for them. It should be fairly easy for them to fly up high and spot a car going in the right direction.
-
according to a short clip from cnn, (this might be in the suggestions above or to the left,) the driver of the car got out after he pulled into the parking lot to check if the bird was stuck. The starling was not mortally wounded in any way, and flew to a tree... so, although the driver was not acting with the birds' best interest in mind, there was no apparent harm done. so for those of you who feel personally insulted that such a seemingly cruel act has occured, chill

@WindraDraggie Of COURSE IT DOES!!! If you think something's funny TO YOU... It might be... But you STILL need to be INTELLIGENT ENOUGH to realize that you find STUPID and POSSIBLY ILLEGAL activities to be "funny" and if you choose to publish it online, you need to FULLY EXPECT the more intelligent humans to FLAME YOU for having posted video of such things... "Funny video" does NOT mean "UN-OFFENSIVE video."
In MANY localities, it is ILLEGAL to drive if any animal is on vehicle EXTERIOR

I admire your camera skills during such a rare and spontaneous event... !!! haha

For the ones who are flaming the living hell out of this guy for posting the video: chill out. He likely didn't even realize the repercussions of this event. To him, it was just something off the wall and amusing.
I do, as well.
That doesn't make us asses.

Don't mean to be the parade rainer. but that bird is a fledgeling. Those who predicted it most likely died following this adventure are undoubtedly correct.
The bird didn't fly away because it probably lacked the ability to fly at such high velocity, and likely didn't even think of it.
Fledgelings, if you are unaware, are baby birds who are fully feathered. They in the process of being taught how to hunt and avoid predators by parents. They don't feed themselves. His plumage gives it away.
