  • Unfortunately all I have is a shower no bathtub. So I'm guessing you want me to sit in a shower for at least 20 minutes to reduce fever along with the ibuprofen.

  • When I was 15-16, my temp went up 104°, I was

    told to put on a pile of clothes, drink hot black-coffee, than go jogging in increments to burn-up the virus, but take breaks, to avoid xtreme-dizziness, and have some form of cold-pack close-by just-in-case. I recall my fever disappearing less than 24-hours
