I have been taking Clonazepam (Klonopin) for my severe panic disorder for the past 13 years (1.25mg q 12hrs). My dosage hasn't changed, so no tolerance issues for me. It has also been a miracle drug (and only drug) in relieving my panic.

can you make a vid about yourself and why you are the way you are. about your childhood. why you went into psychiatry, etc. Woould be super cool to learn more about you!

Great for me on as needed basis. I have to be careful as it is VERY ADDICTIVE. My Dr decided that my anxiety is so severe that a benzo addiction was a risk worth taking.
DOCTOROFMIND have you found patients who react badly when used with Mirtazapine....
I've found that they mix badly such as restless legs and extreme confusion but work great alone.
Interested to hear your experience of a Dr

Is one of the side effects looking at sticks for long periods of time?

nothing helps my panic attacks.

I'm just a high school senior who hopes to be a psychiatrist one day, and after watching your videos i really hope i turn out like you haha. keep doing what you're doing, you seem to be a genius with the medicine which i think is the major problem in psychiatry today. btw do you have any tips for what i should do in undergraduate studies?

is diazepam useful for treating tetanic seizures?
-
Why would you rather precribe clonazepam over diazepam just because it's not known as a street drug. Isn't clonazepam significantly stronger than diazepam, and more addicting?
-
benzos ... wtf would we bipolar/a.d.d./ptsd/single parents do without it ???!!!
-
@schnurr31 Same here...Klonopin did absolutely NOTHING for my anxiety or panic attacks! Xanax works for me but it's very short acting and kinda makes me feel like shit after taking it for a while...rebound anxiety bigtime
-
Diazepam is very useful for titering off of Xanax after getting down to the minimum; this drug appears to CAUSE "panic attacks".
ALL these drugs alleged to be "non-addictive" are HIGHLY addictive; many are near impossible to get off of after being on them for just a few years!
i will do a vid on undergraduate studies essentially
arts liberal arts
premed core courses
and some math
volunteer work in hopsital
good luck
