  • look i didnt think Paul Hunter was a future world champ but he was a good solid player and by others accounts, a great guy. WHy would you want to speak ill of the dead?? ure a sick bastard vinnothelizard.

  • That's not true. If he was still around he would be better than Mark Selby, Murphy or Maguire for example. Winning the masters 3 times in 4 years (and reaching the semi finals of the other year) is something that I can't see any player achieving now.

  • Jimmy was starting to lose his game here!

Shame as he's missed these days!

  • RIP

  • wtg jimmy pot on!!

  • @Zidean007 Why do you think he wasn't a future world champion? He beat Williams, O'Sullivan and O'Brien.

  • Paul Hunter would definitely still have been a top 8 player. It is sad that we will never see what he would have achieved.

  • i dont get upset often but the passing of paul hunter was truly very sad this guy played the game with a smile on his face somemany misrable robots in the game now

  • @Zidean007 shut up man. just cause hes dead it means you have to suddenly be up his arse. i love paul hunter as much as the next guy but if someone dont like him then there aloud to have there opinion on him. just coz hes dead dont mean eveyone suddenly has to like him or never say a bad word... get real mate...

  • andy carrol playing snooker???

  • @StephenHendry123 Jimmy White doesn't have mental stamina??? He has been a pro for 31 years and is still ranked in the Worlds top 64! I would call that....Stamina!

  • @Zidean007 In my opinion he was a certain future world champ. Look at the record books...Youngest ever world ranking title winner (Welsh Open), youngest ever world ranking finalist, youngest ever world ranking semi-finalist and 3 time Masters Champion (one of the hardest tournaments to win). He was a class player and is sadly missed in the world of snooker by me and thousands of others!
