My first Yes concert was in West Lafayette,Indiana. Mackey Arena at Purdue. April 22,1979 They came onstage after the opening brightlite theme to Close Encounters. Everyone's hair was standing on end. Then they mounted a huge rotating stage. It was awesome. They just spun round n' round all night.

@11shinnosuke OMG I was there too. Seems such a long time ago, but still fresh in the memory. Some things one never forgets. Hope you had good seats there!

I was there also for the Birmingham,Al show. I had 4th row seats and could barley believe my eyes. Thank You YES for never giving up on the southern U.S

When I saw this tour in the round at the Phila Spectrum in '79, I thought that it was the best show I ever saw until I saw Kansas on their "Monolith" tour also at the spectrum.....the most underrated live show; PERIOD!!!!!!

I was at the awesome Wembley gig 78 (and even got Chris's used bass pick from a kind roadie at the end).
I floated home that night, all the 300 miles I traveled to get there with no ticket (met someone with a 5th row spare, so thanks too to those great peeps who sold it me at cost)

@maccafan10 That's awesome! My first YES show was in 1978 Memphis Tennessee. I'm still in awe to this day.
