the g500 randomly accelerates and decellerates as you move it at a constant speed and has a terribly low malfunction speed. i've tried the g9. again, skips at high speed. i had a first edition g5. also skips at high speed (higher speed than the g9 though). currently i have an MX518. it NEVER skips. sure, it negatively accelerates on 400 dpi, but its VERY hard to get to that speed where it does. the Deathadder and the MX518 are two of the only good mice around today for low sens FPS gamers

2.6-2.7m/s max perfect control at 900 DPI. Much better than the 3.0's 1.55 m/s

My hands are like 20.5 inches long do you think I would be able to use this mouse with fingertip grip?

when you said perfect control speed is @ 1800, is it with 1000hz or 500hz, cause i had mass of neg accel with 500hz...

@Slamdoxical Not really ^^
-
@CatSkinCap Easily corrected by partly covering the sensor on the bottom with non-transparent tape.

Doesn't this mouse have a huge liftoff distance?
-
@Mirelinin I use this on a cloth SteelSeries Qck, works great so far, that helpful?
-
@Ramla777 can i have 1600 dpi?
-
this mouse skips on Steel Series Qck+ mousepads , and Razer Vespula both sides
Btw, does this mouse have any problems on Cloth pads, like lasers?

So, this mouse is different in 2 ways:
1. His rubber covering is a bit darker, right?
2. The new sensor has 3500 DPI when the old one has 1800 DPI.
Are there any known problems that occur in this mouse and doesn't in the 1800DPI one?
thanks.
Sorry for my english.
