There is no proud as proud as Penn State Proud. Way back in the day playboy rated the top party schools. Penn State wasn't on the list. At the bottom there was a paragraph that said it was not fair to rate the other school to the great Penn State.

@McCaw57 That is what is dumb about the world that there even is a "party school rating" Silly me to go to a community college where I educate myself. I wouldn't ever think the pt of going to college is to be going to a "party school" Why does it seem silly to me that it is impressive that PSU is a real school? Last time I checked all schools should be this way and no you don't have to do that stuff because of being 21 because I am 31 and never have but I also choose certain choices.
