  • Blasting your chest ..freekin awsome workout . Thanks again funk for another excellent workout to add to my fitness toolbag . Dont waste your money on that weak p90x . Follow funk and his routines . Funk thanks so much for your input .. Dont rush da beat !

  • Im surprised this hasnt got a lot of views, great video! Really works for me

  • nice vid. though I usually go incline, flat and then do decline. Just because incline takes the most energy in my opinion, so I like to start off with incline.

  • Im lovin this funk music ima have to try that shit on my ipod

  • @kalclash i did a full incline to decline back to incline with a barbell then finished with flat DB flys.. seemed to do the job

  • Great exercises At my gym I did a work out based on 100 push ups How it works is you go from shoulders to chest for 7 different angles 7 reps at each incline in a ladder format. Adjust the bench down each angle rest and work your way back up. I use 20's and its tough. you end up with 98 reps. It doesn't sound like much but its pretty cool. I'm glad to see I'm thinking like you

    keep up the good work

  • Funk, this was most excellent, I don't have the equipment though. Please advise.

  • Funk quick question: Would you advise doing any other exercises before this (ie flat/inc bench) or would 3 of these constitue a full chest workout?

I remember you advising doing either seated d-dell presses or clean and press b4 Funks Crazy 28's on shoulders but with that its a different movement.
