@bedobos thanks for your ideas and notes on the song....that is very much appreciated. It is a little hard to hear what is happening from the original recording of that song....I tried a few different bass drum ideas and it did not feel right...I thought yours was very good so I will try that...

Great cover. Thanks. Can you please give any tips on how to get hand speed up with the ride pattern with the right hand(on the tom) Thanks.

@BertAtkin : Originally, it plays by the double bass player, as the strings pulled and slaps to the fratboard beats. But since we have bass, so I imitated the sound of this. After all, it's a shuffle. The two quick succession 16th notes are percussive played by fingers. I suggest some accented 16th rudiments to practice, where the accents are on different and the same hand too.

@jasaggio :Thx. BD is mostly on 1,3. We are played somehow this way, because the bass instrument wasn't an up-right in our band, but a bass guitar. So I have to push a little bit more accents to 1 and 3. And I made the doublebass plucking noise by hand. By the way , bass drum could be on each quarter notes in a traditional way..
