Looks like you're really good at sailing the Sunfish! I bought a Scorpion and finally took it out for it's maiden voyage in washington's, Fosen Lake on Sunday. However, I do not have any info about the proper way to rig the boat. Do you have any links, or know about instructions or manuals? Thanks for any advice.

@Selenaserval I don't know the Scorpion at all. Have you contacted the person who sold her to you and searched the Internet for videos/info? Maybe someone here will reply with some suggestions. Best of luck, and enjoy!

A few things:
1. Hold the tiller extension like a microphone. It's uncomfortable, but it lets you move further up in the boat, and you'll go faster.
2. Hike out when you tack or gybe, and roll the boat over. It helps bring over the boom, and when you flatten the boat, it gives you a little speed boost, which really helps.

@Bitwzyze Thank you for the tips! I do hold the tiller up (as you describe) now, and it is more natural for me. Will experiment with rolling the boat on jibe/tack. Sail it flat. Gotta love a Sunfish!
